1. Power on: Long press the spin button for 3 seconds.
2. Connect with mobile phone:
Download APP: “SZOS” on the APP Store for iPhone, and download APP: “SZOS” on Google Play for Android phones.
Turn on the Bluetooth of the watch and mobile phone.
Click Add device in the APP settings to connect the watch to the APP.
iPhone phones need to agree to app display message notifications, Android phones need to agree to read all notification permissions such as contact information, and agree to app background operation in the settings.
3. Change the watch face: Long press the watch screen to directly change the built-in watch face of the watch or find more watch face in the APP settings for replacement.
4. The connection between the watch and the TWS headset: slide the watch to the left on the homepage to open the music player of the watch, click to search for a new TWS headset device, find the corresponding TWS headset, and then click connect (please make sure the TWS headset is turned on and the Bluetooth function of the watch is turned on at the same time).
5. Download or import music to the watch: Search for music in the APP settings, download the music, and then transfer the music to the watch through the APP. You can play local music without connecting your phone.
6. How to play watch local music: On the homepage, slide the watch to the left to open the watch’s music player to play local music.

1. The watch cannot be charged normally:
Please check whether the charger is normal, the charger may have poor contact after several years of use.
Please check if the charger and the watch are connected properly
2. When receiving a call, the watch does not display the name of the caller:
When Bluetooth is connected, the phone address book is not uploaded or there is no option to upload the address book all the time.
Please disconnect Bluetooth and connect again, then upload the address book.
3. The sound quality of the call is not good:
The distance between the smartwatch and the phone is too far, please keep the watch close to the phone.
The location of the mobile phone has a bad network signal, please move to a place with a good network signal to make a call.
