IWO 20 use steps and special instructions

1. How to install the SIM card: Unscrew the SIM card slot on the left side of the watch with a screwdriver, insert the SIM card in the correct direction, and close the SIM card slot.

2. Power on: Long press the spin button for 3 seconds.

3. Connect with mobile phone:

1. Download APP: “WiiWatch2” on the APP Store for iPhone, and download APP: “WiiWatch2” on Google Play for Android phones.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of the watch and mobile phone.
3. Click Add device in the APP settings to connect the watch to the APP.
4. iPhone phones need to agree to app display message notifications, Android phones need to agree to read all notification permissions such as contact information, and agree to app background operation in the settings.

4. Change watch face: Can change the watch’s built-in watch face directly by twisting the button or finding more watch face in the APP settings to replace.

IWO 20 FAQ

1. The watch cannot be charged normally: 

1. Please check whether the charger is normal, the charger may have poor contact after several years of use.
2. Please check if the charger and the watch are connected properly

2. When receiving a call, the watch does not display the name of the caller: 

1. When Bluetooth is connected, the phone address book is not uploaded or there is no option to upload the address book all the time.
2. Please disconnect Bluetooth and connect again, then upload the address book.

3. The sound quality of the call is not good: The location of the mobile phone has a bad network signal, please move to a place with a good network signal to make a call.

4. The measurement results of this product are for reference only, not for any medical purposes or basis. Please follow the doctor’s instructions and never make self-diagnosis and treatment based on the measurement results.

5. The waterproof grade of this product is IP67, and it cannot be used for deep diving and long-term soaking in water. In addition, this product is not resistant to hot water, because water vapor will affect the watch. 

6.
